When does pricing go live?
Public pricing for Aegis and Phalanx lands at launch. Sovereign and Citadel stay on a "talk-to-us" model because the deployment posture and compliance pack are scoped per customer. Founding Members lock Aegis for life at €999 before pricing goes live.
Are there credit caps or per-token meters?
No. The thing that makes "AI tools" feel broken is the meter ticking while the agent is working. We charge per-user, not per-token. Use the team as much as you need.
Does data ever leave the EU?
Not without you saying so. Default deployments stay in the EU region you nominate. If you opt-in to a non-EU model provider for a specific agent, the outbound call is sanitised by Presidio and logged in the audit trail. Every sub-processor is listed in your DPA by name.
Can I self-host?
Yes, on Aegis and Phalanx. We ship a Docker bundle. Sovereign and Citadel are designed for sovereign deploy in your cloud (or ours, in a sovereign EU region).
What's the Founding Member offer, exactly?
€999 one-time, lifetime Aegis access, capped at the first 1,000. You pick managed or self-hosted at sign-up. You back us before launch, you help shape what ships, and you keep your workspace for the life of the platform.
What if I outgrow my tier?
Upgrade at any time; the workspace migrates in place. Memory, audit log, and connectors carry over. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose work mid-cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
A twenty-minute call instead. We ask three questions, you ask three. If Egidia fits, you're in the early-access cohort. If it doesn't, we'll tell you who does.
